Aziz et Noelly badouraly
Aziz is the manager of Air Fort Service, the main travel agency of the place, and has devoted much effort to the rehabilitation of Nahampohena; his wife Noelly, daughter of a famous Tana architect, supervises the refined decoration of new the annex.
